Empowering Families to Achieve Healthy Sleep Habits
At Slumber Pediatric Sleep Consulting, my mission is to empower families by providing them with the knowledge, tools, and support needed to establish healthy sleep habits for their children. Quality sleep is crucial for a child’s overall well-being and development, and I am dedicated to guiding and supporting families every step of the way.
What Does It Look Like To Work Together?
- First, I’ll ask you to fill out my Sleep Intake form to provide me with all the concerns you have about your child’s sleep and also what your goals are.
- Next, we’ll schedule a call to discuss your responses and formulate a plan of action.
- Then I will get to work on creating a customized sleep plan specific to your parenting style and send that over to you to review.
- We’ll schedule one more call to go over the plan and be sure you are confident, fully understand the plan, and are ready to start!
Ages I Serve
Infants
We can work together on gentle sleep shaping for newborns. We can begin more formal sleep training once your baby reaches 3-4 months.
Toddlers/Preschoolers
Maybe your child has been sleeping in your bed, or a life event has disrupted their routine. Whatever the situation, I can help you get back on track and restore healthy sleep habits for your family!
Early Elementary
It’s NEVER too late to sleep train your child, there is hope and I am here to help you even with older children up to age 8.
